- Quality guarantee: The acquisition of this service guarantees you quality medical and professional care at the AMEDICS Medical Center facilities.
- Fixed price: The price paid on the website corresponds exclusively to the service or treatment specified in the voucher purchased.
- Additional treatments: Should any other treatment or medical test not included in the original voucher be performed during the visit, these must be paid for separately according to the center's current rates.
2. Appointment Process and Booking
- Recommendation prior to purchase: We strongly recommend that you book your appointment before purchasing the service. This way, you ensure availability on your desired date and time, streamlining the process and avoiding possible inconveniences with refunds.
- How to book: You can request your appointment directly through our website or by contacting the center by phone.
- Confirmation: After making your purchase, you will receive an email with all the details of your order.
3. Service Validity
- Usage period: You have a maximum of 2 months from the purchase date to use the service. After this period, the service will expire.
4. Refund Policy and Medical Assessment
At AMEDICS, we ensure that each treatment is appropriate for the patient's needs:
- Medical assessment: If, once you come to the center, our medical team determines that the purchased service is not suitable for your clinical case, a refund will be issued.
- Refund details: The full amount corresponding to the treatment will be refunded, but the amount corresponding to the medical assessment visit/consultation will not be refunded.
